I purchased a software from Suites Collection on December 9, 2015. Shortly after using it, I experienced faced system outages. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lilliana L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
