Frustrated with Trust & Planners's lack of response

I purchased a membership from Trust & Planners on January 18, 2003. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lambert B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
