False promises made by Mansion Getaways representative

On May 25, 2022, I signed up for Mansion Getaways's return process at their East Reuben, Iowa location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $285.88, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Mya S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
