I am writing regarding order #ORD-4930-EGR-2947 placed with Global-Products on January 2, 2017. I paid $622.70 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jakayla C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
