Unsatisfactory resolution from Reserve Holdings Surat

On February 20, 1976, I signed up for Reserve Holdings Surat's exchange program at their West Clarissa, North Carolina location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $761.86, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Sheridan O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
