Unsatisfactory resolution from Advanced Build

On July 8, 1976, I signed up for Advanced Build's troubleshooting service at their Turcottemouth, Alaska location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $821.20, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Esteban P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
