Misleading advertising by Advanced Build

On December 24, 2011, I signed up for Advanced Build's maintenance program at their North Garry, South Carolina location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $133.56, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Karolann Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
