I am writing regarding order #ORD-1637-UHG-3066 placed with Mansion at Serene on July 9, 1992. I paid $39.87 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kaela U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
