False promises made by Resort Collection representative

I want to report a serious concern with Resort Collection's account that I purchased on November 24, 1992 from your Stoltenbergborough, Washington store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Earlene X., but my issue remains unresolved.
