I am writing regarding order #ORD-1643-LIA-8713 placed with Resort Collection on June 1, 1986. I paid $989.43 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Clinton G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
