I have been a loyal customer of The Luxury Haven for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-7434-UYZ-9284) on April 25, 2022, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
