I am writing regarding order #ORD-6742-VIM-1387 placed with The Luxury Haven on April 20, 2016. I paid $588.66 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Isadore X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
