Expert-Manufacturing failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8273-WHR-4898 placed with Expert-Manufacturing on October 6, 1973. I paid $440.33 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kendall G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
