I am writing regarding order #ORD-9337-BOF-1699 placed with Tranquil Escape on March 11, 2021. I paid $510.53 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jamal C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
