Unresolved issue with Silver Lodge Resorts product

On August 1, 1971, I signed up for Silver Lodge Resorts's installation service at their Wilkinsonberg, Connecticut location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $642.36, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Eloise B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
