I purchased a system from Silver Lodge Resorts on October 5, 2007. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Rachel M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
