I am writing regarding order #ORD-9394-KZC-3889 placed with Solid-Construction on January 19, 2013. I paid $731.69 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Valentin S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
