I purchased a membership from Comfort Accommodations Getaways Fujairah on August 9, 2011. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lilian E. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
