Unresolved issue with Comfort Accommodations Getaways Fujairah product

I purchased a plan from Comfort Accommodations Getaways Fujairah on February 16, 1975. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Era T. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
