I have been a loyal customer of Prime Forge for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered application (order #ORD-5084-JGQ-2766) on August 31, 2007, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
