False promises made by Credit of Prosperity George Town representative

On November 25, 1971, I signed up for Credit of Prosperity George Town's technical assistance at their Christianafort, West Virginia location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $98.28, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Camron K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
