Warranty claim denied by Comfort Escape Luxury Group

On May 6, 1986, I signed up for Comfort Escape Luxury Group's training session at their New Jazmyn, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $954.50, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Nathanial V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
