I have been a loyal customer of Integrity & Partners for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-8434-EFV-9559) on September 7, 2003, and have encountered stopped working after two weeks. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
