False promises made by Escape at Premium representative

On September 13, 2007, I signed up for Escape at Premium's premium plan at their New Waylon, Texas location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $194.9, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Anjali A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
