I want to report a serious concern with Financial Trust Fujairah's solution that I purchased on December 11, 2013 from your Starkmouth, New York store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Johnson Z., but my issue remains unresolved.
