I am writing regarding order #ORD-1052-FFL-8678 placed with Financial Trust Fujairah on June 19, 2022. I paid $234.26 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Dustin K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
