Misleading advertising by Mega Manufacturing Incorporated

On September 12, 1991, I signed up for Mega Manufacturing Incorporated's support package at their Crooksberg, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $115.86, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Gunnar C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
