I have been a loyal customer of Lodge Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-6602-DVN-2413) on April 23, 1996, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
