Lodge Group failed to honor their commitment

I want to report a serious concern with Lodge Group's package that I purchased on August 28, 1985 from your Josieberg, Montana store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Alysson E., but my issue remains unresolved.
