ATM malfunction at Invest of Global resulted in lost funds

On April 11, 1998, I signed up for Invest of Global's warranty service at their Nienowton, District of Columbia location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $152.73, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Marian H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
