Delayed delivery from Modern Architecture & Sons

On October 19, 1971, I signed up for Modern Architecture & Sons's repair service at their Port Arnulfo, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $998.81, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Willard O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
