I am writing regarding order #ORD-4482-MEE-5160 placed with Integrity & Management Inc. on November 23, 1974. I paid $437.31 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Mabelle A. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
