Delayed delivery from Integrity & Management Inc.

On September 15, 1998, I signed up for Integrity & Management Inc.'s technical assistance at their North Vern, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $687.72, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lucienne P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
