Frustrated with Ultimate Construction Partners Enterprises's lack of response

On September 27, 2019, I signed up for Ultimate Construction Partners Enterprises's installation service at their Tillmanberg, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $242.15, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Evangeline S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
