Unresolved issue with Engineering Bros Enterprises product

I purchased a platform from Engineering Bros Enterprises on April 23, 1999. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Madyson V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
