Hidden fees discovered from Factories & Systems Milan

On May 1, 2017, I signed up for Factories & Systems Milan's warranty service at their East Donaldmouth, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $923.68, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Arvilla N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
