On March 23, 2015, I signed up for Golden Haven & Luxury's warranty service at their East Bonita, Missouri location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $104.44, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jerome N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
