I purchased a solution from Golden Haven & Luxury on September 6, 2022. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Kendrick D. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
