I purchased a unit from Golden Haven & Luxury on May 20, 1996. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Darrell U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
