Misleading advertising by Advanced-Development

On January 28, 1994, I signed up for Advanced-Development's customer support at their South Magdalenastad, Rhode Island location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $794.29, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Carlie R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
