Overcharged by IntegrityFinancial Kuching for service

On November 2, 1971, I signed up for IntegrityFinancial Kuching's repair service at their Lake Angusland, Georgia location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $929.61, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Germaine E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
