Advanced Assembly refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7456-CAO-1683 placed with Advanced Assembly on March 30, 2016. I paid $387.84 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Aniya I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
