I purchased a membership from Advanced Assembly on January 1, 1996. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Mariam C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
