On August 7, 2009, I signed up for Advanced Assembly's customer support at their Port Mozell, Kentucky location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $203.80, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lacy I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
