Premier & Trust Enterprises refused to address issue

On November 10, 1981, I signed up for Premier & Trust Enterprises's premium plan at their Port Lynn, Maine location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $270.4, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Maryse I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
