I have been a loyal customer of Expert Works Builders for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-4647-KZI-8841) on May 6, 2002, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
