False promises made by Elite Lodge Resorts representative

On March 20, 1988, I signed up for Elite Lodge Resorts's delivery service at their Kirstenview, Tennessee location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $369.3, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Tyrell G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
