Unsatisfactory resolution from Pro-Structures São Luís

On July 11, 2021, I signed up for Pro-Structures São Luís's installation service at their Lake Jalynhaven, Rhode Island location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $778.19, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Chet R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
