Frustrated with Diamond Retreat's lack of response

On November 19, 1994, I signed up for Diamond Retreat's delivery service at their South Bernhard, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $477.40, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Adriel X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
