I have been a loyal customer of Diamond Retreat for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-3484-HGG-8694) on January 26, 2018, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
